How do I place an order?

Browse the item you wish to purchase - by inputting the keyword in the search box located on the top right of the page or click on the category list on the top menu of the page. When you have found the items you would like to purchase, simply click the "Add To Shopping Cart" button. You will see these items in your shopping cart now. When you have finished your shopping, simply click on the Checkout button located at the bottom of your shopping cart. The website will then lead you through the process of registration, providing delivery and payment details.

 How do I get my Tax Invoice?

Once your payment has been confirmed by us, we will send the Tax Invoice to your billing email address. You can also get a copy of the Tax Invoice from "My Account", click on “Order” tab you will see all your orders then click “Detail” you will see the button “Print PDF invoice” in the top right corner.

 Do I need to create an account to shop with you?

No, you can choose one of two alternatives for customers to check out shopping that register or not register.  But we encourage that for convenience shopping you need setting up an account will allow you to order without having filled in your details every time you shop with us.

 Do you have product details and size guide?

Yes, we have a list of all details and size guide in women, men and kids section that hopefully help you get the perfect fits and stay looking great.

 Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can cancel or change your order before submitted the payment. Usually, we process your order once the payment has been confirmed. Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change your order. If the item has already been shipped you will not be able to cancel or change your order.

 What happens if the item I wish to buy is out of stock?

You can click on “add to wishlist” and we will send you an email to alert you about the item restocking time.

You can pay via PayPal by deposit or transfer money to your PayPal account. 



 How much cost for shipping in Australia?

We currently offer free Standard Delivery to Australian orders. All orders will be processing and delivery next business day.

 How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If your order in Australia there will be 2 options delivery:

  • Standard Delivery is 3-5 working days is FREE
  • Express Delivery is 1-2 working days is an extra charge.

 How do I check my order status?

Once we have confirmed your payment, we will dispatch your order within one working day. Tracking information will then be sent to your billing email address, or you may find the tracking information from your account.

 Can I pick up items that I buy on website?

No, we are an online business and all Australian orders will be free Standard Delivery to you on the next day.

 Can I change my Delivery address after I have placed my order?

Once you have placed your order with us, you are unable to change any of the information you have given us, as most orders are dispatched from our warehouse. If you notice a mistake outside of this time, try contacting deliver on track your order and change your address.

 What if I am out when my goods are delivered?

If you are out when your goods are delivered, your product will be dropped off at the nearest Post Office for pick up. The courier will leave a note in your post box notifying you. So for not missing the delivery, we recommend that when you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address.



 Can I return an order if I've changed my mind?

Of course, you can.  Please find our more information in Return Policy page. 

 How do I return my order?

Returning your order is simple. A pre-printed return form is included with every order. Just write on the return form why you are returning the item, attach the invoices to the repackaged item and post it back to us. We will email you the moment it arrives back in our warehouse & we will email you again when your refund has been processed (usually on the same day). I have lost my delivery note. How do I return goods?

If you have lost your Returns form and have registered your account with us online, you can access your order history by using the 'My Account' facility. Remember to include the invoice and catalog numbers in your parcel, along with your goods and reason for return. Click here and go to the returns section to return your goods.

 How long does it take to receive a refund for returned goods?

We will process your refund as quickly as possible but in some cases, this can take up to 4 weeks.

 Can you confirm you received my return?

You can check that your return has reached us safely and is being processed by checking the returns section in the 'My Account' area of our website. And once evaluated and processed by our returns team you will be notified via email.


 How safe is my personal information on your website?

 Do you store my Credit card Information?

No, we do not store any credit card information in our system. All payment process goes straight payment gateway and protected by Comodo SSL certificate with 256-bit encryption.



 How do I update or change any of my personal details?

You can edit any of your personal information, including your registered name, email address, registered address, and preferred delivery address by visiting My Account.

 How do I change my password?

Simply log in to the website, and click on “My Account” on the bottom menu then click on “Change Password” tab and you can change your password. This no need to call us, as your new password will automatically be updated from the website.

 What if I forget my password?

Should you forget your password, click on the 'Forgotten Password' link. You will be prompted to enter the email address that you registered and an Email with instruction will be sent to you to recover the password.



 How do I sign up for the OzDenim newsletter?

Alternatively, you can click here to go back to the Homepage of our website and sign up to the newsletter straight away without setting up an account. It also will give you the changes never miss out any events on our websites such as a discount, special offer, new arrivals, and all sale events.

 How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

Just login in My Account, in the "Customer info" tab you can uncheck Newsletter box and click save then we have no longer to received a newsletter from our email. You can simply click here.
