Returns Policy


 

You may return items order within 30 days of purchase for any reason. If you have the original invoice, you will receive a refund for returned items; otherwise, you will be allowed to exchange it for the same item in a different size or a different colour.

Returned items must be new and unworn with all labels and garment tags still attached. The items cannot have been used, worn, altered, washed, soiled or damaged by the customer. These types of returns will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer without a refund.

We will accept returns for items that were received damaged; items that are considered irregular due to a manufacturing defect; and items that become damaged due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase. These types of items must also be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will repair or replace faulty items for the same item in the same size, subject to availability. If we cannot replace the item, you will be fully refunded as soon as possible.

While we make every effort to process returns and refunds as quickly as possible, usually within three or four business days, it may take up to four weeks to receive your refund.

Please note that we have executed every endeavour to accurately present the colours of our products on our website, but colours vary from computer monitor to computer monitor, therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor will always match the colours of our products.
